[Set] Doubles - Trick Room

 

This set is inspired by one I found in a rental team and it works quite well ! It takes advantages to Gigalith's low speed to use it under the Trick Room - that makes it really fast ! Ideally, having 0 IV in Speed would not only make it faster under the Trick Room, but also  it may win weather duels against Torkoal who is even slower (when two Pokemon with weather abilities are sent in battle at the same time, the slower wins). The Weakness Policy takes advantages of Gigalith's bulk and weaknesses to common attacks such as Earthquake, and makes it both fast and hitting very hard when fully placed. Rock Slide will even have a chance to flinch foes. Protect is very common in Doubles and can be used when you predict a dangerous attack or to keep Gigalith safe while its partner sets up the Trick Room. 

Dynamaxing makes this Gigalith even more powerful and hard to beat, but the Rock type move will touch only one foe at the time and won't have a chance to flinch (but setting up the Sandstorm again is interesting too).

A good partner for this Gigalith would be a Dusclops with Trick Room and Bulldoze. With Bulldoze, it could activate Gigalith's Weakness Policy without doing too much damage, and make it faster under the Trick Room thanks to the Speed drop.

Variants

Maybe use Wide Guard to protect both your Pokemon from things like Earthquake, or Gravity to remove Ground immunities, or even Curse to lower your Speed and increase your Attack and Defense.
